Canal tours and carriage tours of Bruges

Posted 1 year ago by avatar marcelus in response to princess's question: Where can I go to ask for a guided visit of Bruges? Mybe even by boat... (give a different answer) .

Uuuh, there are two appealing ways of crossing Bruges..I'm the master, I've done them all! I'd advise you to take the canal tour, boats depart every 20 minutes from Burg square...It's lasting 30 minutes, but the feeling is sky-reaching. Brugge is known to be among the most beautiful medieval cities in Western Europe, but the water trip reminds you even better of a world since long gone...I paid 5.20 euros last year, and still kept the ticket! Your other option is horse-drawn carriages, which leve from the Markt and have their well-trodden 35 minutes route. Five passengers, 30 euros altoghether. The clip clop of hooves hitting the stones is seducing...
